ROC the Day on Giving Tuesday with Lagom Landing

We participate in ROC the Day each year. This is a one-day fundraising event on Giving Tuesday. Donations are accepted throughout the 24-hour online marathon and each hour one donor or ROCstar is chosen to “win” an additional donation for the charity of their choice, so even giving a small amount can pay out big! Our affordable programming depends on this amazing annual support.

In-Kind Donations

Throughout the year Lagom Landing hosts various community events, including our annual Pancake Breakfast fundraiser, and Year End Pig-Roast celebration. We are happy to accept donations to supplement supplies for these events, and to discuss sponsorship with new partners!

Retreat participants work with their hands both in our wood shop and garden beds. We are always accepting materials and tools that students can utilize for creative building and landscaping projects.

The Lagom Wishlist

There are some things we really like to stock up on or are particularly dreaming of, you can easily donate many of them using our Amazon Wishlist. In addition, we are seeking:

One gap year student shovels mulch with a smile, while another spreads mulch in the background.

– Extra venison, fish, or other game meat you might not be able to fit in your freezer.

 – Straw bales and wood chips (from any type of tree other than walnut) to use in our landscaping projects.
