The Little Finger Lakes region of Western New York is our home, and where we build community. Community, often taken for granted, requires cultivation like a crop in the field. By working off-site and opening our doors to others through our events, we are proud that students deepen their commitment to community values during their time at Lagom Landing. We thank our friends and partners, as well as the many donors and volunteers, who make this possible. In addition, we have a couple other groups we would like to say a special “thank you” to!
Building Site Hosts
Our students depend on authentic field experiences to hone their craft, and without our partners and homeowners, we could not provide these learning opportunities. Lagom Landing is proud to see our students complete service and residential building projects up to professional standards. If you work with an area nonprofit or are a homeowner with a project in mind, please feel free to contact us to discuss the possibility of working together!
Parents
Young adulthood can be a challenging time for parents who want to best support independence in a culture that gives few options. We are grateful for the parents who have invested in Lagom Landing as a unique opportunity for emerging adults to build a foundation for the rest of their lives.
